Presses are intended for manufacturing forgings from black and nonferrous metals and alloys by a method of hot punching. They are universal and find application in various industries. Presses consist of following basic units: beds, a drive, a slider, an electric equipment, systems of greasing and management. The bed of presses KB8042 and KG8042 - collapsible, demountable, consists of racks, top cross-arm and a table, connected among themselves coupling studs and hydronuts. Drive of adjustment of position of a table - mechanical, from the electric motor. For removal of forgings from the bottom half of stamp the table is equipped by a hydropneumatic pusher. Drive of presses - one-stage. Movement is transferred from the electric motor through V-belt transfer to an eccentric shaft and further through the crank mechanism on a slider. The muff of inclusion and a brake - frictional, disk, with electropneumatic management and air cooling, are mounted on a nave of a bed. For adjustment of presses the microdrive is stipulated. The slider - cast, steel, makes back and forth motion in adjustable directing beds (bottom and top). The slider is counterbalanced by pneumatic cylinders. For removal of forgings from the top half of stamp the slider is equipped by a rigid mechanical pusher. Management of presses - push-button. The electroscheme provides work of presses in automatic and fixing modes, and also in a mode of single courses. System of greasing - automatic, centralized, dense.
